Schedule Change for Master's Championship
All classes are cancelled after the noon CrossFit workout on Friday Sept 19th. We will resume our normal schedule on Monday at 6 am.
Workout (start this at 45 past the hour)
15-12-9 for time of:
bar facing burpees
deadlifts, 185 lbs (125 lbs)
If you can deadlift more than 400 lbs (300 lbs) please use 225 lbs (155 lbs).
This has a 12 minute time cap.
Every workout at FRCF includes a:
* General Group Warmup
* Mobility Session
* Workout Specific Warmup
* FRCF Workout of the Day
After the workout, our athletes have access to the FRCF Weight Room. In addition to our Strength and Olympic Weightlifting programs, we offer a daily:
* Team Lift
* Team Skill Session
* Supplemental Workout
