Workout (start this at 30 past the hour)
10 x 1:30 rounds, on the 3 minute start interval of:
150 meter run
10 thrusters, 95 lbs (65 lbs)
burpee over the bar
If you would rather do 7 reps at 135 lbs (95 lbs) instead of the 10 reps at 95 lbs (65 lbs), please feel free. But the idea is that you need to go unbroken on the thrusters. Period. So pick wisely.
Your score is the total number of burpee over bars performed.
