Workout (start this at 40 past the hour)
5 rounds for time of:
150 meter run
10 handstand pushups
10 deadlifts, 185 lbs (125 lbs)
If you can deadlift more than 400 lbs (300 lbs) please use 225 lbs (155 lbs).
If you can, for men use a pair of 45s, 25s and abmat.
For the women, use a pair of 45s and an abmat.
If you can't do HSPUs, please do two handed kettlebell press, as heavy as you can and still do the 10 reps per round unbroken.
